Ingredients for a spring form tin Ø 22−24 cm Wheat flour 250−270 g Baking powder 1 tsp. Icing sugar 100 g Butter (soft) 80 g Sour cream 4 tbsp. Bananas 3 Glacé cherries 70−80 g Walnuts (roughly chopped) 50 g Salt ½ tsp.
Delicious and very easy baked pie as a tea time treat! Mix the flour with the baking powder and sift it. Blend the butter and sugar (with a mixer or a whisk) to a fluffy mix, add the sour cream, whip slightly. Add the flour, mix until homogeneous. Stir in the mashed bananas, cherries and walnuts. Preheat your oven to 180° C (fan). Butter the form and dust it with flour. Pour your pie-mix into the tin and level it with a spoon or a spatula. Bake the pie (middle level) for one hour and check the readiness with a wooden stick. If necessary, bake further 10−15 minutes. You can serve it hot. You can also let it cool down and create some suitable icing, but please note for the latter: your icing should be light and not taste-clash with the pie ingredients. Enjoy your meal!
